Internet Sales Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply only to on-line purchases from N.E.Thing made through our internet site at textbookclassifieds.com. The terms "you", "your" and "yours" refer to the customer/purchaser utilizing our internet site to purchase services or merchandise ("Product"). The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to N.E. Thing. These terms and conditions may not apply to purchases made from our distributors or in any other manner not utilizing the textbookclassifieds.com site.

All Sales are Final
Due to the fact that N.E. Thing is mearly an intermediary service that allows you to list or search for books we cannot be held liable for purchases you make form any other individuals. Please screen and make sure that you are going to buy the right book(s) for your class. You can view your class book list here SMSU BOOKS. Please make sure that you have looked up the book(s) ISBN number, and that you get the right EDITION. Since we do not know when a book is updated make sure that it is still available! The database of books will be updated semiannualy and books that have not been sold within six (6) months will be DELETED from our database. Also user accounts that have not been active in one (1) years time will be DELETED from the database and in so doing allowing other users to aquire your user name but not your account information as it would have already been deleted. In turn once you loose your name it becomes property of the new user. If we cannot accommodate your order we cannot be held liable for not being able to process you order. Orders will be processed throught PayPal. No text books listed until payment in full is received.
ALL SALES ARE BETWEEN YOU AND OTHER USERS, THEREFORE WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES ON PRODUCTS THAT ARE SOLD OR SHIPPED!

Payment Methods
You must be at least 18 years of age, or older to purchase any products from the textbookclassifieds.com site. We are not liable for orders that we cannot fulfill due to causes beyond our control or for incomplete or inaccurate information being supplied by you or someone acting for you, including your internet service provider, at the time your order is placed. Such information includes but is not limited to partial or incorrect credit or payment information. N.E. Thing. is currently getting established with e-commerce so please bear with our progress. We are currently accepting payments through PayPal. At textbookclassifieds.com, for your convenience we accept the following forms of payment that are currently available through PayPal. For your online purchases, you may purchase multiple Products in a single order; however, we can only accept one form of payment for each order. We are unable to accept cash, personal checks, or gift certificates for online purchases, nor do we accept C.O.D. orders or wire transfers for such purchases.

Shipped Products
Products bought from textbookclassifieds.com will NOT BE SHIPPED BY US. If, however, you choose to have items shipped they will be your responsibility and the shippers responsibility. Therefore any issues that may arrise between you and the shipper are to be handled by you. Also, please be sure that your ordering information is accurate and complete to avoid delays between you and the seller as products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses.

Phone Numbers
In an effort to provide you with superior customer service throughout your transaction, we may require your phone number when registering or completing your sale. Having your phone number will allow us to contact you, as well as potential customers of yours.

Colors
Colors used throughout the textbookclassifieds.com web site are for presentation purposes only. The photographs have been enhanced to JPEG format and the colors of the textbookclassifieds(tm) may or may not have been affected in this process.
